2. What this site is

opswork.uk is a marketing site describing the OpsWork operations system. Reading the site does not create any contractual relationship between you and us. Becoming a customer requires a separately signed contract.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to:

• impersonate any person or entity in the contact form
• send unsolicited commercial messages to our mailbox
• attempt to disrupt the service (scraping at a rate that affects availability, vulnerability probing without authorisation, etc.)
• copy our content for republication without written permission

4. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, brand assets, source code (where not licensed otherwise) — is © Saqib Engineering Ltd. The OpsWork name and wordmark are unregistered trademarks of Saqib Engineering Ltd.

Webfonts (Manrope, IBM Plex Mono) are licensed under SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. Source code samples in the blog are released under MIT unless stated otherwise inline.

5. No warranty

The site, and any material made available without a signed customer contract (including blog posts, demos, sample documents, security questionnaire responses, written architectural advice), are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Saqib Engineering Ltd does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this site is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling), or — if you are a customer under a signed contract — to the fees actually paid by you to Saqib Engineering Ltd in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is the greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

7. Governing law + jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site, except that we retain the right to enforce our intellectual-property rights in any jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The most recent version is always published on this page with a "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance.
